Like all of the Motobilt diff covers we answered the problem of punctures and peeling up. The diff ring is laser cut from heavy duty 3/8 Inch thick steel plate and the shell is laser cut and CNC formed from 1/4 Inch thick steel plate. We fully weld the inside and out of the diff covers for the ultimate in strength.

The fill plug are welded on the inside for the perfect seal. The fill plug is a standard pipe thread so it will be easy to replace if you should ever loose it. A 9/16 Inch Allen wrench is required to install and remove the fill plug.
