Installing aluminum sheet metal parts can present problems when you need to bolt them in place. Parts like radiators, fuel cells, oil tanks, coolant catch cans and other items that you can not drill a hole can easily be mounted with a fixation welded in place with a threaded hole.

The Motobilt weld on aluminum fixations are laser cut from .375 inch thick aluminum plate and tapped for a 3/8-16 bolt.

We have included a sample pic showing a fixation welded to 11GA aluminum with a sample tab bolted in place. We do not include bolt or tabs because of the many different applications this aluminum fixation can be used in.
