The Motobilt shackle plates are made out of 3/8 inch thick steel plate that is cnc laser cut. Each shackle plate uses 1/2 inch holes. The shackle plates are laser cut and shipped raw steel. We also have a 4 Inch version with a center bolt hole in both a straight and boomerang versions.
