Checks are then performed for any microscopic damage to the housing, compressor, turbine wheels, and rotating assembly.

Before reassembly, all bearing surfaces are precision machined to a like new finish. The wheels and rotating assemblies are balanced to OEM specifications. Finally, all critical wear parts such as seals, thrust plates, bearings, and fasteners are replaced.
